Anti-Roman Imperialist Political Organizations-OTPOR

Serbian OTPOR
'For the Emperor who has His seat on high
wills not, because I was a rebel to His law,
that I should make my way into His city.'
Inferno I 124-126

'the Holy Father passed through a big city half in ruins and half trembling with halting step, afflicted with pain and sorrow, he prayed for the souls of the corpses he met on his way; having reached the top of the mountain, on his knees at the foot of the big Cross he was killed by a group of soldiers who fired bullets and arrows at him' Message of Our Lady Of Fatima

The group of soldiers are the enemies to the coming Imperial Roman Rule. These are the political radicals that will cling to the ballot box at all costs. Fomenters of political rebellion against the Divine Authority of the Holy Roman Emperor (they don’t know it yet!). These are the defenders of Modern Democracy. Mostly Ethno-Nationalist in origin, but not limited to this type of political heresy. Their defining attribute is their contempt of the Spiritual and Temporal Authorities founded in Rome. Hatred of the Holy Roman Faith and Roman Imperial Authority. The following is a possible candidate.

Founded: October 10, 1998

Location: Serbia
Funding (2000 fiscal year?): The National Endowment for Democracy (NED) U.S.A.
The Honorable Richard A. Gephardt, (Chairman)****
The following is from an Otpor friendly website:

"You must train the nonviolent army for so long that you make the battle unnecessary" (OTPOR training rule, based on Mahatma Gandhi)

'As non-democratic regimes use violence against their people, nonviolent movements throughout world develop its own Arsenal of nonviolent weapons.

'Based on knowledge and experience worldwide CANVAS offers you the arsenal of knowledge how to organize your movement, develop mass actions, and connect yourself to the people which may help you. Nonviolent troops conducting battles today should be armed with knowledge how to perform nonviolent action and how to reach for strategic alliances outside country.

If you want to win, you must take the offense, based on strategic principles

PRINCIPLES OF STRATEGIC NONVIOLENT CONFLICT(adopted from Ackerman and Kruegler, 1994)

1. Formulate objectives
2. Strengthen organization
3. Gather materials
4. Get external help
5. Choose methods
6. Attack control
7. Mute violence
8. Alienate support
9. Maintain nonviolence
10. Assess at all levels
11. Offense/defence

****The National Endowment for Democracy (NED) is a private, nonprofit organization created in 1983 to strengthen democratic institutions around the world through nongovernmental efforts.
From the National Endowment for Democracy timeline for the year 2000:

'The Otpor Student Movement promotes civic activism at the local level in Serbia and mounts a hugely successful Get-Out-the-Vote campaign. September 2000 election posters and buttons produced by Otpor proclaim "He is finished!" and "it's time."
From the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) Statement of Principles and Objectives 1984:
'Democracy involves the right of the people freely to determine their own destiny. The exercise of this right requires a system that guarantees freedom of expression, belief and association, free and competitive elections, respect for the inalienable rights of individuals and minorities, free communications media, and the rule of law.~ '
