Where is the Roman Catholic body of men that will help Pope Benedict XVI implement paragraph 67?

For the children of this world are wiser in their generation than the children of light.

The Holy Father has said that there is urgent need of a true world political authority. So who is to implement the plan for creating a true world political authority? The United Nations? The European Union? The United States? It is a very simple question. No one knows, no one can answer just yet. It is rather unfortunate that the Catholic laity who pride themselves on political ‘action’ did not see paragraph 67 coming, it took everyone by surprise. There is no Roman Catholic body of men, no Roman Catholic political entity that is capable of producing ideas in implementing the plan for creating a true world political authority. No Roman Catholic man is able to help the Holy Father. I guess the lot of you are too busy reflecting on the next protestant presidential candidate to vote for. Lady Wisdom has told us that Good is set against evil, and life against death: so also is the sinner against a just man. And so look upon all the works of the most High. Two and two, and one against another. But there is no visible Roman Catholic opposition to the new world order so men are not able to look upon all the works of the most High and see two and two, and one political entity set against another. One Just governing authority based on Roman Catholic principles set against one unjust governing authority based on modern democratic principles. Men can not in practice compare and contrast a Catholic run state and a godless run state, we can only do this in theory. This is a very grave problem that can only be resloved by restoring the Divinely Ordained Authority of the Holy Roman Emperor. These two opposing types of governance must be set side by side, these opposing forces must be set up for all the world to see and compare.

Wheresoever the body shall be, there shall the eagles also be gathered together: meaning that wherever the body of Roman Catholic men are united in charity to bring about the restoration of all things in Christ then the eagle, that is the Authroity of the Holy Roman Emperor will be made manifest. If this task is not taken up by Roman Catholic men to bring about the restoration of the Holy Roman Emperor then you only have yourself to blame. Don't blame your lack of Justice in the world on the new world order, because you Roman Catholic men have been given the time, the place and the opportunity to restore all things in Christ by using what has already gone before you - The governing authority of the Holy Roman Emperor. The Blessed Trinity has promised What is it that hath been? the same thing that shall be. What is it that hath been done? the same that shall be done. There is nothing new under the sun. If you Roman Catholic men fail to unite forces and help the Holy Father create ideas and ways in implementing the Universal Authority based on Roman Catholic Faith, then the enemies of Christ will do it for you!

Here is paragraph 67 for you ‘active’ Catholics.

67. 'In the face of the unrelenting growth of global interdependence, there is a strongly felt need, even in the midst of a global recession, for a reform of the United Nations Organization, and likewise of economic institutions and international finance, so that the concept of the family of nations can acquire real teeth. One also senses the urgent need to find innovative ways of implementing the principle of the responsibility to protect and of giving poorer nations an effective voice in shared decision-making. This seems necessary in order to arrive at a political, juridical and economic order which can increase and give direction to international cooperation for the development of all peoples in solidarity. To manage the global economy; to revive economies hit by the crisis; to avoid any deterioration of the present crisis and the greater imbalances that would result; to bring about integral and timely disarmament, food security and peace; to guarantee the protection of the environment and to regulate migration: for all this, there is urgent need of a true world political authority, as my predecessor Blessed John XXIII indicated some years ago. Such an authority would need to be regulated by law, to observe consistently the principles of subsidiarity and solidarity, to seek to establish the common good, and to make a commitment to securing authentic integral human development inspired by the values of charity in truth. Furthermore, such an authority would need to be universally recognized and to be vested with the effective power to ensure security for all, regard for justice, and respect for rights. Obviously it would have to have the authority to ensure compliance with its decisions from all parties, and also with the coordinated measures adopted in various international forums. Without this, despite the great progress accomplished in various sectors, international law would risk being conditioned by the balance of power among the strongest nations. The integral development of peoples and international cooperation require the establishment of a greater degree of international ordering, marked by subsidiarity, for the management of globalization. They also require the construction of a social order that at last conforms to the moral order, to the interconnection between moral and social spheres, and to the link between politics and the economic and civil spheres, as envisaged by the Charter of the United Nations.'
