Muslim investors hold deed to Rome's Basilica of the Holy Cross in Jerusalem. Pope Benedict VXI has shut down the monastery citing 'liturgical abuse' and laxity in observance by the twenty monks or so and of course the financial irregularities. The real reason is the financial irregularities. Face it the Church is a mess and the men in the Vatican don't give a lick about standards, if they did, none of these lax monks would have been admitted in the first place. The men in authority are lax as well, no, the real reason is the amount of money owed to Muslim investors. I guess the  Saudi, Jordanian  & Syrian Princes want to take possession of Rome's Basilica of the Holy Cross in Jerusalem.

The Basilica di Santa Croce in Gerusalemme was built in Rome by Roman Emperor Constantine I to honor the relics of the Passion found in Jerusalem by his mother St. Helena.
