Yes, the Bishop is a cesspool of  impurity. Our Lady warned the world that one day priests like Argentine Bishop Fernando María Bargallo would become sewers of impurity. Her words ring true today. Is this outing just some innocent fun? Who cares? the scandal is already done. Can anyone name a Priest of merit who would be caught hugging a half naked woman in public? Many heretical priests have done this and worse. This bishop should be kicked out of his position just for this reason alone. He is a disgrace to the priesthood.  What will Pope Benedict do? If the pope does nothing then I would expect God to do something. Our Lady said that because of wicked men like this Bishop the world will suffer. And we will all suffer because of the sins of the priests. Expect some horrible event soon in this month to punish us all because of this bishop.
