7 DEAD ANKARA TRAIN WRECK 

A crash involving a high-speed train at a station in the Turkish capital Ankara has killed at least nine people and injured 47, Turkey's transport minister has said.  Images from the scene showed emergency services working to rescue people from badly damaged carriages.  Reports quoting local officials said the high-speed train had collided with another train, then an overpass.  The accident occurred at about 06:30 local time (03:30 GMT).  Source

Two 'British' children among 28 injured after Lisbon tram comes off the rails and flips over in front of horrified tourists 

Two British children are among the injured in a Portuguese tram crash this evening, according to local media reports.   Around 28 people are said to have been injured in the crash, which took place at around 6pm near Rua de São Domingos a Lapa in Lisbon.   Among those pulled from the wreckage by emergency services were a British baby and child, according to Publico.
