Devout Prayers To Be Said, Before + At + After The Holy Sacrifice Of The Latin Mass

A Prayer entering into the Church:

O Lord, in thy multitude of thy mercies, will I enter into thy house, I will worship towards thy holy temple, and will give praises unto thee, and confess thy name: O take from me (most merciful Lord) all mine iniquities, to the end I may with a pure and contrite heart, enter into the holy of holies.

At the taking of holy water say:

Thou shalt sprinkle me O God with hyssop, and I shall be clean, Thou shalt wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.

A prayer to be said before Mass:

O Almighty, Father of mercy, and God of all comfort, which not once only bestowed thy only begotten son on the Cross, for our reparation, but also wilt, that his most acceptable oblation, shall be daily renewed in thy church, to revive in us the fruit of his Death: grant us we beseech thee, so attentively, and lovingly, to be present at this so wonderful and healthy mystery of thy piety, that most effectually  we may participate of the fruition thereof by that same our Lord, Christ Jesus. Amen.

When the Priest goeth to the altar:

Take from us all our iniquities (O Lord) that we may be worthy to enter into heaven

Have mercy on thy people (O Christ) whom thou hast redeemed with thy precious blood. (Say thrice)

Lord have mercy upon us.

Christ have mercy upon us.

Lord have mercy upon us.

Amen.

When the Priest saith Gloria in ex.

I most humbly beseech thee, vouchsafe to look upon this congregation, and mercifully accept the prayers of the church, made unto thee for us all by the ministry of this Priest, and thereby for thy mercies sake, give us remission of all our sins, integrity of mind, health of body, peace and tranquility in our days, temperate air, fruitfulness of the earth, unity of faith, rooting out of all heresies, destruction of all wicked councels, increase of true religion, fervent charity, sincere devotion in prayer, patience in troubles, joy in hope: and whatsoever is fo our souls health needful and most belonging to thy glory: through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

At the Epistle:

O God which hast accomplished in verity that which the law did foretell, and under a wonderful sacrament hast left us the memory of thy passion: grant us we beseech thee, so to worship the holy mysteries of thy blessed body and blood, that we may always feel the fruit of thy redemption in us, who livest and reignest world without end. Amen.

After the Epistle:

O Glorious Trinity, O venerable Unity, by thee we are created to true eternity: by thee are redeemed to true charity: Defend, save, Deliver, protect, and cleanse all thy people, O God almighty, we adore thee, O God the Father we praise thee, O God the son, we thank thee: O God the Holy Ghost, to whom, three persons and one God be all honor and glory forever.

At the Offertory:

Good Lord, grant that we may all continue in the true and sincere profession of the holy catholic faith, to the end of our lives, and that we may therein fight a good battle, exercising ourselves in all holiness and godliness, to the end that after this life we may receive of thee (O Lord) a crown of righteousness, which thou hast laid up for all thine elect Amen.

Vouchsafe almighty God mercifully to accept this oblation, which thy catholic church offereth to thee by the Priest for all thy people, whom thou hast purchased with the precious blood of thy dear beloved son our Lord Jesus Christ.

When the Priest tourneth him say:
