Putin's Days Are Numbered: Putin To Surrender And Move His Empire North Of 60° North.

Putin must surrender so that he can still remain in power.

Putin's desire is to move his empire north - his Northern Union which will be North of the 60th Parallel North. The rest of what remains of Russia can be divvied up between the Western Powers - maybe all those immigrants that were sent to Europe these last 15 years can be sent packing to the New Russia?

I'm not sure yet what the actual Parallel the boundary of his Northern Empire will be. It's all behind closed doors.

Putin wants to establish a Northern Union.

The latitude should be north of St. Petersburg at 59.9311° N, 30.3609° E and will encompass all the territory north of 60° N and this includes territory in 

• Russia 
• Norway 
• Sweden 
• Canada 
• Finland 
• Alaska 
• UK

All of the above countries will probably cede the territory north of 60° N.

What is the exact Latitude that Putin desires? No one knows yet.

The first step in Putin relinquishing Ukraine  is the release of the Prisoners.

The next step is the withdrawal of Russian troops from Ukraine.Putin

Then Putin can demand that he sets up his Northern Union North of  60° N.

Putin will give the rest of Russia below 60° North to the West for the Western powers to divvy up 

Putin will also solve Europe's Migrant problem by suggesting that all Migrants be sent to the under populated regions of Russia
