Dialoguing Julio follows the lead of Dialoguing Pope Francis:
The national coordinator of opposition Primero Justicia (Justice First) party, Julio Borges, upheld the message calling for peace and reconciliation the Pope gave. Borges added that in order to put an end to violence and crisis in the country, dialogue had to be promoted by the Executive Office. "Without word or dialogue, there is nothing left but violence," he noted.
