BREAKING NEWS: 'No survivors' after hot air balloon carrying at least 16 people catches fire and crashes in Texas 

All 16 people on board a hot air balloon that caught fire and crashed in Texas were killed, local officials have said. A blaze is believed to have broken out in the basket section of the balloon mid-flight before it came down in Lockhart, around 30 miles from Austin. The Caldwell County Sheriff's Office told local media there were 'no survivors'. 'The Balloon was occupied and it does not appear at this time that there were any survivors of the crash,' the sheriff's office said in a statement.
