Possible house explosion on Ramapo Ave. in Pompton Lakes 

Public Service Electric & Gas has confirmed "a possible explosion" on Ramapo Avenue in Pompton Lakes. "PSE&G responded to the scene and turned off the gas at 3 a.m. at the curb," said spokesperson Rebecca Mazzarella. Pompton Lakes Fire Chief Ron Fusaro is still busy at the scene, said a person who answered the phone at the fire house early Saturday. No further information was provided. Pompton Lakes Police Department did not immediately return a request for comment. "An investigation is underway so we can't speculate on a cause," said Mazzarella. Source
